Expertise and Technology Close to Home
Our team of radiologists, oncologists, neurosurgeons, and medical imaging specialists offer minimally-invasive and non-invasive treatments for cancerous and non-cancerous tumors, lesions, and functional disorders.
Gamma Knife Perfexion and Novalis Radiosurgery
Gamma Knife Radiosurgery
Using our Gamma Knife Perfexion system, we help patients who have brain tumors (malignant or benign), as well as functional, vascular, and ocular disorders such as trigeminal neuralgia and arteriovenous malformations. Despite the name, Gamma Knife does not involve a knife at all. The treatments are completely non-invasive—no incisions are made, and general anesthesia is not needed, which reduces the risk of complications while improving patient outcomes. Novalis Radiosurgery Program
We use the advanced technology of the Novalis® Radiosurgery Program to give our patients precise, targeted radiation treatments for a variety of cancerous and non-cancerous conditions present below the neck. Conditions Novalis Radiosurgery treats includes: tumors and metastases in the body; cancers of the liver, lung and prostate; and acoustic neuromas and arteriovenous malformations. We're able to treat patients effectively and noninvasively in cases where surgery is not possible such as inoperable tumors that are on or adjacent to the spine. Novalis shapes the radiation beam precisely to the patient's tumor, ensuring that the best possible treatment dose is delivered while healthy tissue is protected. Our team of radiosurgery experts can achieve exceptional treatment accuracy with high dose and adaptive radiation beam for treating tumors and lesions. By offering both the Gamma Knife and the Novalis Radiosurgery Program, our Stereotactic Radiosurgery Center gives our patients the most advanced treatment options, previously only available in big city hospitals.
